Speaker Profile: Dr. Rebecca Bockow
Dr. Rebecca Bockow received her dental degree from the University of WA School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Bockow practiced as a restorative dentist in Seattle for two years. While practicing as a restorative dentist, Dr. Bockow regularly attended upwards of six study clubs a month and travelled the country for various dental meetings. After spending these countless hours at CE, she decided to pursue a more interdisciplinary approach to dentistry. In 2013, Dr. Bockow completed her dual training in Orthodontics and Periodontics from the U Penn School of Dental Medicine, where she simultaneously earned a Masters in Oral Biology.
Dr. Bockow is a board-certified orthodontist and periodontist. She is a resident faculty at Spear Education and lectures for Seattle Study Club. Dr. Bockow lectures to audiences nationally and internationally on topics including interdisciplinary treatment planning, airway and sleep disorders, skeletal growth and development, surgical treatment planning, TAD expansion, and corticotomy-facilitated orthodontic therapy.
Dr. Bockow maintains a private practice in Seattle and Bellevue, limited to orthodontics. Dr. Bockow and her husband have two girls. They love the outdoors, travelling, and all sorts of family adventures.
